Lush Rehab + Retread Review

My first impression of Rehab was that is was quite a lot smaller than I expected it to be & that it smelt rather minty. Upon using it though, I was surprised at how little I had to use to achieve a good lather so the size didn't seem to matter much.
Retread has the most strange smell about it, I can't relate it to anything else. All I can say is that it's a unique smell, but a nice, fresh scent. It smells even better on your hair.

Addmitedly, my first use was a little uneventful. My hair felt quite soft after it began to dry but the next day it didn't feel much different than it's original state. I have used it since however and the change is quite drastic. Let it be known that the reason my hair is stressed is because I bleached it from roots to ends twice in one day to get it light enough to dye it red. For years & years I had been straightening my hair relgiously without once using a heat protectant or treatment with no real damage to my hair. Why I chose to bleach my hair so badly I do not quite know, but I loved the red I was able to get from it!

My hair is going to be difficult to get soft again but I'm crossing my fingers that these products will continue to revive it. I advise anyone with damaged hair to give it a go & be patient with the results.

xx
